  We had a great afternoon with our (little bit crazy????) guide Tomasz driving through and visiting Nowa Huta.
  He has a lot of first-hand stories about living and growing up there and also knows everything there is to know about the history of this part ... continua a leggereof town.
  We were driving in an old police Lada, perfectly setting the scene of times long past!

  Karolina was our host. Loved the car and all aspects of the 4 hours together. We learnt a lot and have done follow up reading which means do much more. Seeing communist Poland through young eyes and relating to Karolina's views was great. The milk ... continua a leggerebar meal and the communist era apartment were highlights.

  The guide 'made' the tour. She knew exactly what she was supposed to and extremely friendly. She wasn't in a hurry either, which we appreciated. Very nice and informative
